Road of development and growth
● In 1985,the research team of “vertical mill” was established to develop vertical mill for cement industry independently and import technology at the same time;
● In 1986,the roller mill design & manufacturing technology of Krupp Polysius together with RM17 and Rm23 equipment were introduced to China.
Through many years production and practice, the mill from Krupp Polysius could not satisfy the user due to its complicated structure, difficult maintenance and inconspicuous performance.
● In 1989, self-developed HRM1250 raw materials vertical roller mill was put into operation successfully which achieved the ministerial level technical appraisal in 1993.
● In 1990, HRM1300 raw material vertical roller mill was put into operation successfully.
● In 1993-1994, HRM1700 and HRM1900 raw materials vertical mill was put into operation successfully;
● In 1995, HRM1100M coal vertical mill was put into operation in cement industry successfully;
● In 1996, HRM800G gypsum vertical mill was put to operation and HRM1250M coal vertical mill was used in metallurgical industry successfully;HRM800X ultrafine vertical mill was put into operation in non-mining industry successfully;
● In 1999, HRM2200 raw material vertical roller mill applied to 1000t/d production line was put into operation successfully.
● In 2001, the first HRM3400 vertical mill of raw material was put into operation successfully for 2,500 t/d clinker production line.
● In 2001,HRM1700M coal vertical mill was used successfully for “oil to coal” project in Lucky Cement Plant, Pakistan.
● In 2002〜2004, HRM1700X pyrophyllite,quartz sand and kaolin vertical mills were put into operation in fiberglass industry successfully;
● In 2005, HRM1900M ultrafine coal vertical mill for anthracite was first put into operation successfully;
● In 2006, the first HRM3700 raw material vertical mill was put into operation successfully for 3,000 t/d cement production line in Lucky Cement Plant, Pakistan. HRM1700X limestone vertical roller mill applied to desulfurization was put into operation successfully in power industry.
● In 2007, HRM2800S mining slag vertical mill for 300,000t/y production line was put into operation, and the actual annual capacity is more than 350,000t.
● In 2008, HRM4800 raw material vertical roller mill applied to 5000t/d cement production line was put into operation successfully.
● In 2009, HRM2400X vertical mill with the biggest capacity in ultrafine powder industry was put into operation successfully;
● In 2010, HRM3700S vertical mill for 600,000t/y mining slag production line was put into operation successfully;
The cooperation project with Wuhan University of Science and Technology and other institution "New Technology and Industrial Application of Efficient Extraction of Vanadium from Vanadium-bearing Shale and Online Circulation for Resource Reuse” was awarded second prize of national science and technology progress.
● In 2012, HRM3700C cement vertical mill for 1,000,000 t/y cement grinding station, HRM2800C cement vertical mill for 500,000 t/y cement grinding station and HRM2800S steel slag mill were put into operation successfully, as well as two sets of 70t/h1900P pre-grinding vertical mill.
